Cockroach Control

Cockroaches are persistent because they breed fast and hide well. German cockroaches in kitchens, American or oriental cockroaches in basements and drains — each calls for a different approach. We treat with bait, growth regulator, and exclusion, and we never leave you with a generic spray-and-go answer.

Signs you might have a problem

  • Roaches seen at night when lights come on
  • Small dark spots (droppings) near food prep areas
  • Musty or oily smell near a heavy infestation
  • Egg cases in cabinets or under appliances

Our approach

  1. 1Inspection to identify species and pinpoint harborage
  2. 2Targeted bait placement plus insect growth regulator
  3. 3Sealing of cracks and entry points around plumbing
  4. 4Follow-up visit timed to the species' breeding cycle

Common questions

How long does it take to be roach-free?
Most homes are clear in 2–4 weeks with two visits. Heavy infestations or multi-unit buildings take longer because of re-introductions from neighboring units.
Do I need to throw out food?
Usually not. Move pantry items to sealed containers, clean food-prep areas, and we'll handle the rest. We never apply treatments to food surfaces.
